About

Electric Purple

Electric purple falls precisely halfway between violet and magenta on the color wheel. Because it’s in such an exact location, electric purple is not only one of the brightest forms you can achieve but also has a purity that most other hues don't possess - which makes this shade ideal for anything requiring professionalism or classiness! Robert Ridgway originally designed true purple as he called it back when he published his 1912 book "Nomenclature Of Color" about naming various colors around 1900's time period (before then there were no specific names).
