National Relaxation Day
National Relaxation Day on August 15th encourages us to take a deep breath and take some time off. We think it’s one of the best celebrated days in the year. Although most of us will still carry on with our working schedules, we do think it’s important to note that taking time to recuperate and rejuvenate our tired minds and bodies may help prevent many health risks.
