Let’s discover OFFEO’s editor, learn how to create a design, and customise a template.
From the homepage, select a template and start with a new blank design.
Welcome to the canvas. There are 4 main areas in the canvas to help you create your video in OFFEO. We’ll go through two of them in this video. The left panel to add assets to your canvas and the top panel to perform edits.
On the left panel, you’ll find all the things you can add to your design. Let’s briefly go through each one of them.
In the Designs tab, there are thousands of professional designs to get you started. Select any one of them to have a good base to start your project with. Filter and search through our library to find one that suits your intentions.
Accessing the style tab allows you to set up your brand settings. By setting up your brand, you can easily access your brand colors, fonts, and logo during the design phase.
In the Texts tab, add text to your project using heading, sub-heading, or body text. It is possible to change the size and default font used in brand settings. Alternatively, you can find inspiration for font pairings in one of our font templates.
In the Graphics tab, you’ll find various illustrations, effects, animated stickers, shapes, emoji, and much more to help spice up your unique video in OFFEO.
We have millions of premium stock photos and videos in our stock library. Search through them to find content to add them directly to your project.
In the background tab, access our library of background textures and patterns to change the overall feel of your video project.
Explore all available music soundtracks in the Music tab. There’s so much to explore! Perfect to set the mood for your video.
If you have your assets to work with, simply upload them in “Files”. Easily upload your photos or videos by dragging and dropping them into the canvas – Just like this.
Click on any of your added layers to select it and move it around as you please in the canvas. You’ll realize that whenever you click on something, the top bar changes. This brings us to the second area in OFFEO, the top panel.
In the top panel, you’ll find different ways you can edit a layer that’s in your canvas.
Select a text and you will be able to edit font type, font size, alignment, etc.
Similarly, selecting an image will give you the options to apply filters, effects, transparency, and more.
Here’s a quick example of applying an adjustment to the smoke we added earlier on to fit it into our design. Press the spacebar for a quick preview.. and here’s a video you can use!
Just remember, left panel to add, top panel to edit. Simple as that!
That’s all we’ll be touching on in this video. Catch the next video to learn about the timeline, layer management, and storyboard. See you!
